We are researchers from the University of the Philippines Visayas (UPV) and we are conducting a research project funded by the Department of Science and Technology - National Research Council of the Philippines (DOST-NRCP) titled, “Telecommuting Preferences of Government Workers in the Philippines.”

Our project aims to provide evidence-based information, which will be used in rationalizing policies and guidelines for alternative work arrangements in Philippine government institutions.  The Civil Service Commission (CSC) encourages government workers to participate in the online survey. Your participation in the online survey and/or Focus Group Discussions will significantly contribute to the crafting of a more responsive alternative work arrangement in the public sector.  For your convenience, we have added a Save and Continue feature in the online survey that allows you to save your progress and continue answering the questionnaire at a later time.
